How Do You Review SAT Words You Keep Forgetting?

Use repeated mistakes to examine meaning, context and confusing pairs, without treating three misses as a universal cutoff.

BARU Vocab is published by Veterans Edu (베테랑스에듀). This site and Hagwon Scale have an operational affiliation with Veterans Edu; Hagwon Scale is not an independent auditor of this app or its publisher. A student interview, press article or V grade does not establish that this app produced a score gain.

When a word keeps causing trouble, inspect the reason as well as the review schedule. A different example, a comparison with a confusing word or a relevant root may help you understand what is missing. Repetition is not automatically harmful, and a fourth attempt is not destined to fail.

A short diagnosis

Keep a manageable review note

Choose a small number of difficult entries, record why each is confusing and add a new example. Recheck them later. Three misses, forty entries and three successful recalls may be useful personal prompts, but this site does not validate them as universal thresholds.

Retain useful history

Before resetting a study app, consider whether its records help you identify the problem. A backlog does not require abandoning the record, and a word’s collection position does not establish that it will or will not appear on an exam.
